IT Strategy is often a gap for most Not for Profits.  Instead, most of them have break/fix type people or outsourced support. This is often a constraint when decisions need to be made about technical investments to reduce risk, improve processes and add new services.

This is where I can help.

Most of the time I provide ongoing advice to existing clients where I already have a good understanding of their enterprise architecture. For others, I may coach them through a system selection process rather than doing the work myself.

Regardless of need, I often find without such help they end up spending more time and money than necessary, as well as have regrets about their system choices.
