Hello!
Here’s your weekly brief of Executive with a Cause, a list of the people, ideas and technology I’m exploring for Not for Profit leaders.
In this Edition: Does your NFP need an AI strategy? How the Apple Vision Pro is helping disabled users, Deepfake detection… and More!
What I’m reading:
- How the Apple Vision Pro is helping Disabled Users
- NFP sector pushes back on fixed-term employment contracting changes
- How to spot a deepfake: the maker of a detection tool shares the key giveaways
- Mastercard to phase out card entry for e-commerce by 2030 in Europe – If this extends to other countries, your organisation’s systems that use payment gateways will require changes.
What I’m thinking about: IT in Plain English
How I’m using AI:
- Summarisation – One of my favourite ways to use AI is to summarise long documents – especially proposed government policies or budget documents. There are also tools to summarise long videos, pre-recorded webinars and podcasts with URLs – saving me hours!
Where I’ll be:
I regularly travel to meet with clients, potential clients, and vendors. Let me know if you’d like to catch up next time I’m in your city.
- Melbourne – 8-9 July
- Gold Coast – 23-26 July
- Sydney – 29-30 July
