Hello!
Here’s your weekly brief of Executive with a Cause, a list of the people, ideas and technology I’m exploring for Not for Profit leaders.
In this Edition: The business case for IT investments in Not for Profits, Twitter is changing its name, Philanthropic efforts around AI…and MORE!
What I’m reading:
- Philanthropic efforts to both advance and safeguard AI
- Twitter is changing its name and logo to “X”
- Biometric passwords can be hacked too. Lesson learned – multi-factor authentication still rules.
- How Not for Profit advocacy is declining in the US
What I’m watching:
- The US Census Bureau teaches Not for Profits to use their census data for their own needs. I think there are some great ideas for how Australian NFPs may be able to use our own census data.
What I’m thinking about: IT in Plain English
P.S. Chat with me about IT and Not for Profits on Threads or X (formerly Twitter) @tvendange.
